Vision System Measurements
Vision system measurements, also often referred to as VMM, is a non-contact method of measuring. When a client needs to inspect large production runs on small parts, this is the best technology available. Visual measurement systems are capable of measuring a wide variety of parts for many industries.

The Rockwell Scale
The Rockwell scale is a hardness scale based on indentation hardness of a material. The Rockwell test measures the depth of penetration of an indenter under a large load (major load) compared to the penetration made by a preload (minor load).

Metal Spectrometer
Spectrochemical analysis is a type of chemical analysis used to determine the arrangement of atoms and electrons within molecules of chemical compounds. It observes the amount of energy absorbed during changes in motion or structure. The wavelength and intensity of electromagnet radiation is measured to produce quantifiable results that are primarily used for quality assessment.

Universal Testing Machine

The cross-cut test is a method of determining the resistance of paints and coatings to separation from substrates by utilizing a tool to cut a right angle lattice pattern into the coating, penetrating all the way to the substrate.

Coating Thickness Gauge
It is non-destructive testing instruments used to quickly and accurately measure the thickness of the outer layer of a surface consisting of paint, epoxy, metal, or other materials.
Dry film thickness is probably the most critical measurement in the coatings industry because of its impact on the coating process, quality and cost.
